Requirements to Rent a Vehicle
1. Must be atleast 21 years old to be an authorized driver, 25 years old to drive the 12 and 15 passenger vans.
3. All vehicles are to be brought back full of fuel, they will be full when you pick the vehicle up.
4. Renter is primarily responsible for all damage to vehicle.
5. Payment if due in full upon end of rental.
6. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING.
7. Renter is responsible for all parking and traffic violations, this includes out of state tolls.
8. NO repair work is to be done to the vehicle without first obtaining permission from Rapid Auto Rental.
9. A credit card authorization is required from everyone who rents with us.
10. We do not accept any pre-paid credit card.
- Must have a valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance ( collision if traveling outside North Carolina), and a major credit card in the renters name.

ALL VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING, A MINIMUM OF $100 WILL BE CHARGED TO ANYONE WHO SMOKES IN THE RENTAL CAR.
ONLY THOSE AUTHORIZED BY RAPID AUTO RENTAL ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE OR BE IN POSSESSION OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE.
ALL VEHICLES ARE TO BE RETURNED FULL OF FUEL AND THEY WILL BE FULL WHEN RENTED.
ONLY ONE ADDITIONAL DRIVER ALLOWED WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES.
COLLISION INSURANCE IS REQUIRED IF TRAVELING OURSIDE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
THERE IS TO BE NO OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND IN THE RENTAL VEHICLE.
